You'll receive links to download the files on the confirmation page and via email. In some cases with larger files, you may only receive the links via email. This can take up to 15 minutes.

Most of them are PDF files which you can open with the free version of Adobe PDF Reader. A few are ZIP files (multiple PDFs), and some also include PowerPoint and Google Slides files. Each product description will list the file types included in addition to the pdf/ZIP files.

First, make sure you opened them in Adobe PDF and not another program. MAC computers use a program called Preview that is not compatible with these PDFs. Because the files are secured, opening them in another program may require a password to open and print. If this is the case, open Adobe PDF Reader first, then open the file from inside the program.

Zip files are just compressed versions of smaller versions of larger files which are easier to download. Both Microsoft and MAC products can extract ZIP files. Do a quick Google search on how to extract files for your device to find instructions. You do not need any programs to extract ZIP files.

Make sure you're using the latest version of Adobe PDF Reader. Open Adobe PDF Reader first, then open the file from inside the program. To print: click "Print", in the “Page Sizing & Handling” section, select “Shrink Oversized Pages” if needed, click on "Advanced", check the "Print as Image" box, and print the document.

Be sure that you have the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.

Some school computers have restrictions that may not allow you to download some files. Try downloading them on your personal computer from your personal network.

The default PDF application on a Mac is called Preview. It’s also possible to open a PDF file in your web browser. These programs are not always compatible with newer PDF files — Adobe Acrobat Reader tends to work better when it comes to viewing and printing PDFs. Here's the trick: Don't try to open the PDF file by clicking on it. Clicking on the file will open it in Preview or in your web browser. Instead, launch Adobe Acrobat Reader from your Applications folder. To do this in Adobe Reader: Click “File”, Select “Open”, Choose the PDF you want. You may be prompted to make Adobe Acrobat Reader the default program when opening PDFs. If you agree to this option, you should be able to open PDFs by clicking on them in the future.

Be sure that you have the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.
